Tate Bankside

the site is the area surrounding the Tate Modern in London. The street level, pedestrian path is a tourist promenade along the South Bank but there is little connection to the beach due to poor access and the steep change in level. This proposal looks at the potential of inhabiting the edge of the Thames and encouraging a more varied exploration of this dynamic part of the city.
