Timber towers

The method of the flat form timber frame that distribute vertical loads into prefabricated timber wall is regarded as one of the most appropriate construction methods economically in a certain limited condition of the site. Even though it had been limited to low residential buildings by its structural limit and risk of fire, now has become applicable up to eight storey of building due to technological progression. Most of construction sites need considerable loading space for material keeping and equipment installation. This method, however, by means of prefabrication on site, can reduce the cost in various ways by easiness of construction and shortening of the term, and make it possible for multistoried building even in limited condition of the site.
